Today’s guest on How to Super Age, is Alice Crespo, founder, and director of Helping Hands For the Disabled of NY, which has provided volunteer services to the disabled community for the past 38 years, including reading, shopping, a food pantry, and social events. Alice has been blind since birth, and her book “Never Be Discouraged, with God All Things Are Possible” tells the story of her life, inspiring other people with faith to live their best lives. She was named New Yorker of the Week by TV Channel NY-1 in January 2020.
