Thank you, Doug Wilber​ and Melinda Smith​ for bringing us a wonderful, informative, and relevant podcast.  We all have choices to make and how and where we spend our fulfilling life is one.  Care Centers today are often more like a vacation SPA - however, the price tag can be hefty and prohibitive for many.  In home care is not inexpensive either but there are ways to trim the cost and support our loved ones, and one day that loved one may be US!
