Today's podcast was supposed to be about the "systemic effects of denial in various addictions such as alcohol, gambling, sex, drugs, etc." However, we started talking about anxiety and we got off track and yet we provide information that may be helpful for many. Ken is now recording his podcast monthly so we plan to follow through with the topic scheduled for today to be aired on, May 11th, 2021.
