This is Karen from newclevelandradio.net and it is time for AVOID the MAZE – this podcast will introduce you to individuals just like yourself who face obstacles every day. Do you remember playing a game when you were a child and you would avoid stepping on a CRACK – because stepping on a Crack meant – break your mother’s back? Ok, it was just a rhyme but the reality is we have obstacles in our lives and we can either keep putting up against them or finding how to turn them into opportunities.
On AVOID the MAZE we are the experts of our own lives and we share our journey with you our listeners. I have learned that sometimes when we speak the words we find the answers within ourselves or someone like you may guide us to the positive.
Today my guest is LaurieAnn Campbell and the conversation we are discussing is Midlife Bulimia. “an emotional disorder involving distortion of body image and an obsessive desire to lose weight, in which bouts of extreme overeating are followed by depression and self-induced vomiting, purging, or fasting.” We often hear about Bulimia and Anorexia among the young – But LaurieAnn is about to set her record straight.
Before I officially welcome LaurieAnn Campbell I want to thank the Podmatch Community –
This community provides not just me, but all podcasters with a network of information so a show like AVOID the MAZE can bring you what you the listener wants to hear.
