Today's Guest is Cindy Marshall, who grew up in the 1970s in a family that made organic food from scratch. Her family baked their own bread and ate homemade school lunches of sandwiches along with sprouts and other healthy foods. While other kids brought Twinkies and other junk food in their lunch boxes, she was never allowed to eat sugar. Her experience led her to teach and practice eating healthfully in a non-restrictive way. She mentioned Glenn Livingston and his work on ending binge eating https://www.neverbingeagain.com/about/
