Sandy is a movement optimist. A 30-year teacher of fitness, yoga, and functional movement, she teaches how learning just a little bit of your movement biomechanics can solve big problems and upgrade your life in many ways.
Sandy consults sports teams, corporate wellness programs, and Has helped numerous individuals pre/during/post-medical treatment to better navigate healing and recovery. Some of her clients include the 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Browns athletes, several high schools and elite sports travel teams, business executives, top doctors, and high-level performers such as Lady Gaga, and many celebrity guests on David Copperfield’s private island retreat in the Bahamas.
Many more of my clients, however, are those who strive for greatness as employees, CEOs, parents, recreational athletes, and non-athletes who want to maintain a sustainable body, one that favors longevity and independent living.
